All Hampers Containing Chocolate

1. Between the months of October/April hampers containing chocolate will be delivered in a Styrofoam box with an ice-pack insert to Brisbane Metro, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast Toowoomba, Ipswich and Northern River, Qld (Central North to Cairns) and NSW ONLY
   
   
2. For all other areas we recommend you use our non-chocolate range option to avoid chocolate melting between the months of October/April.

Glassware Range

1. All glassware. Please allow an additional 7-10 days to the above delivery times for the sand etching process.

2. Order before 5p.m. for next day delivery.
   
   
3. We can arrange express delivery anywhere in Australia. This will incur an extra cost.

5. Saturday deliveries available Brisbane Metro only. Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge. Please contact us to obtain a quote.
   
   
6. Delivery not available on Sunday and Public Holidays.
   
   
7. We will endeavour to deliver as close as possible to your requested delivery date, but as this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances, late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
   
   
8. Unfortunately we cannot accept a specified delivery time, but we will endeavour to deliver as close as possible.
   
   
9. There may be times when hampers are delayed in the delivery process despite our best efforts in rectifing this, for this reason, our delivery table can be an estimate only.
   
   
10. All cancellation of hampers must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery, as we do not accept cancellations once the hamper has left our premises.
    
    
11. It is the customers responsibility to inform Gum Nuts and Chocolates if their order does not arrive. We will then lodge an enquiry with the courier service, to ensure delivery occurs as quickly as possible.
